Promotional offer valid for new residential fiber internet customers who sign up for qualifying service plans between October 1, 2025, and December 31, 2025. Customers who enroll during this period will receive free standard installation and no service charges until the first billing cycle beginning in January 2026. Service activation may occur prior to the first billing period. Actual billing commencement dates may vary based on installation or activation dates.
Eligibility:
Offer available only to new residential customers in Blue Mountain Networks service areas who have not received Blue Mountain Networks service at their address within the past 12 months. Offers are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Limit one promotion per household.
Installation Terms:
Free installation applies to standard residential fiber installations only. Non-standard installations, additional equipment, or construction charges may apply and will be quoted in advance. Professional installation appointments are subject to availability.
Billing and Service Terms:
No billing will occur until the first regularly scheduled billing cycle in January 2026. Taxes, fees, and optional add-ons may apply at that time. Accounts must remain in good standing through activation to remain eligible. Early cancellations prior to January 2026 may incur standard disconnection or recovery charges if equipment is not returned.
