Having opened in 2003, Flow Yoga has been a Hood River staple for over two decades. Like many businesses, they were hit hard by the COVID-19 pandemic, closing for 16 months and having to leave their location downtown. However, all hope was not lost, as they decided to venture into the wide world of streaming.
Of course, Flow Yoga knew that if they were going to try live streaming, they needed reliable internet. But having been with Blue Mountain Networks (formerly GorgeNet) for 21 years, it wasn’t a concern.
Throughout the pandemic, Flow Yoga was able to continue to provide their services, promoting health and wellness in the time where the community needed it most.
Even now, as the world has opened back up, Flow Yoga continues to stream around 85% of their classes, with most of their classes being hybrid.
“We’ve continued to stream ever since COVID,” owner Stephanie Adams said.
“I thought that would kind of go away once people were trying to come back but we have a strong streaming student membership. So that’s been really important, we really need a reliable network for that, and Blue Mountain has been great.”
We’re so honored to have the pleasure of providing great service to incredible and inspiring businesses like Flow Yoga.
